Dried Anchovies

Freshly caught from the sea, steams using a steamer and sea salt and brought ashore for drying in the sun. This process takes about three to four days for it to be ready for consumption. Salt is used as the natural preservative. Its totally organic as no chemical is used in the preparation. The product can be eaten by itself by frying, adding into soup, noodles, rice and gravy as an appetizer.
It is a small, common salt water forage fish that the family of engraulidae. The 144 species are found in atlantic, indian, and pacific oceans, the black sea and mediterranean sea.
The taste is similar to sardines if eaten fresh. It basically has high content of omega 3- fatty acids, promotes healthy bones, iron, calcium, potassium, sodium and zinc.
Our product offers it salted, sun dried as a whole, halved, cleaned and of premium quality in terms of taste. It lower in sodium compared to many anchovy products offered in the market. We have nearly 5 types anchovies offered in our company so far. We wish to introduce more in future.

Queen Fish (Katta Fish)

Commonly known as queen and found in uncle sam bank, baja california, to yaquina bay, oregon; they are the only species in the genus seriphus. Our queen fish are specially selected and sun dried. We offer fish sizing from 1.2 kg till 2.0kg in weight. We believe in offering quality products. It’s a favorite products among asians worldwide.
